At Pop Tops Ireland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our warehouse in Dublin.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
